1.Shipping Destinations Marokenry delivers within the European Union and the United Kingdom.

2. Delivery Times Estimated delivery times:

• France: 2 to 3 business days (non-padded items), 5 to 7 business days (padded items)
• EU: 3 to 5 business days (non-padded items), 7 to 9 business days (padded items)
• UK: 3 to 5 business days (non-padded items), 7 to 10 business days (padded items)

3. Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via Colissimo and/or Chronopost. Customers receive tracking details upon shipment.

4. Shipping Fees Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Customers are informed of costs before confirming their order.

5. Order Processing Orders are processed upon payment confirmation. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Lost or Damaged Items Marokenry is not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party carriers. In case of damaged items, customers should contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
