2. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all sales concluded by Marokenry with its customers, whether professionals or individuals, through the website www.marokenry.com.
Any order implies full acceptance of these GTCS without reservation.
3. Products
Product Description:
The products offered for sale are handcrafted leather items made in Morocco, such as:
- Moroccan leather poufs
- Leather cushions
- Other decorative items.
Each product comes with a detailed description (dimensions, materials, care instructions) available on the website.
Availability:
Products are offered subject to stock availability. In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed and may request a refund or choose a substitute product.
4. Prices
Displayed Prices:
Prices are indicated in euros or, for informational purposes, in the local currency of the consumer's country, automatically detected based on their IP address, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery fees.
Delivery Fees:
Delivery costs are specified before the order is confirmed and vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package.
Price Changes:
Marokenry reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the rates in effect at the time of the order.
5. Order
Order Process:
- The customer selects the desired products on the website.
- After validating the cart, the customer enters their delivery and payment information.
- The order is confirmed once the payment is validated.
Validation:
Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.
6. Payment
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- PayPal
- Shop Pay
Payment is secured through Shopify Payments.
7. Delivery
Delivery Zones:
Marokenry delivers within the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Indicative delivery times:
- France: 2 to 3 business days (non-padded items), 5 to 7 business days (padded items)
- EU: 3 to 5 business days (non-padded items), 7 to 9 business days (padded items)
- UK: 3 to 5 business days (non-padded items), 7 to 10 business days (padded items)
Carrier:
Packages are shipped via Colissimo and/or Chronopost.
8. Right of Withdrawal (for Individuals)
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L221-18 and subsequent of the French Consumer Code:
The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal:
The customer must inform Marokenry of their decision via a form or email at contact@marokenry.com.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, within 14 days.
9. Legal Warranty
Products are covered by:
- The legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 and subsequent of the French Consumer Code).
- The warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and subsequent of the French Civil Code).

10. Liability
Marokenry cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products or negligence on the part of the customer.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Marokenry website (texts, images, logos) is the exclusive property of the company. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.
12. Personal Data
Data collected during the order process is necessary for its completion. Marokenry undertakes to comply with current regulations on data protection (GDPR).
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These GTCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction.
